1. Who we are
ANOTHER ROOM LLP (UEN T26LL0143J) operates the Another Booth photo booth. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Questions: hello@anotherroom.xyz.
2. What we collect
- Your mobile number, which you enter on the booking page. We use it only to operate your booking — for example, to send you the link to your photos and to contact you about your booking or your place in the queue. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not send you promotional messages.
- Photographs of you and your group taken during your booth session.
- Payment confirmation from our payment provider, Airwallex. We do not collect or store your card or bank details — these are handled by Airwallex.
- Limited technical data: a booking token kept in your browser (localStorage) so your session and PIN remain available if you reload, plus standard server / CDN logs.
- Anonymous website analytics: on our online booking site we use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, clicks, device / browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address) to understand and improve the booking experience. This is not linked to your identity, and your payment card details are never captured — they are entered in Airwallex's secure frame.
We do not collect your name or email, and we do not create any account on the booking page.
3. How we use it
To run your booth session, process your payment, manage the queue, and deliver your prints and digital photos. We use your mobile number to send you the link to your photos and, if needed, to contact you about your booking or your place in the queue — never for marketing.
4. Consent
By using the booth you consent to being photographed for the purpose of producing your photos. If other people appear in your photos, you confirm you have their consent.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate: Airwallex (payment processing), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Google (an internal booking/operations record, kept private to our team), and our photo storage / delivery. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
Session photos and download links are automatically deleted within 7 days of your session. Your mobile number is kept only for as long as needed to deliver your photos and support your booking, after which it is deleted. Payment records are retained only as required for accounting and tax purposes.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting hello@anotherroom.xyz.
8. Cookies & local storage
We use browser localStorage only to hold your active booking. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.
