1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of the Another Booth photo-booth service operated by ANOTHER ROOM LLP (UEN T26LL0143J) ("Another Booth", "we", "us"), including bookings made at book.anotherbooth.xyz and sessions taken at our booth.

2. The service

We provide self-serve photo-booth sessions. You choose a frame, layout and quantity, pay online, and receive a session PIN. Enter the PIN at the booth to start your session, then select and print your photos at the foyer station and download them via the link provided.

3. Booking & payment

Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are payable in full at the time of booking. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not collect or store your card details. Your PIN is valid for the period stated at booking.

4. Your photos

You own the photos taken during your session. You grant us permission to process and store them only to deliver your prints and downloads, after which they are deleted (see our Privacy Policy). We do not use your photos for marketing without your consent.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the booth respectfully and lawfully. We may refuse or stop a session in the case of misuse, or unsafe or unlawful conduct.

6. Refunds

All bookings are final. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
