Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All sales are final

Another Booth provides a real-time, on-site photo-booth service. All bookings are final — we do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment has been made.

2. Unused PINs

A paid PIN is valid for the period stated at booking. If it is not used within that time it expires and is not refundable.

3. Fulfilment

There is no shipping — your photos are printed on-site at the booth and made available to download via a link after your session.

4. If something goes wrong on our side

If we are unable to provide your session because of a fault on our part (for example, an equipment malfunction), please contact us at hello@anotherroom.xyz and we will work with you to put it right.
